About Me

My name is William Ragulsky. I am a Combat Veteran, a Government Educator, a passionate outdoorsman who has a heritage of Hunting and Fishing, but most of all, I am a dedicated Kayak Fisherman. I enjoy sharing my experiences and lessons with newbes and old salts alike. I enjoy spending time on the water with my friends, and always look forward to what the future has in store.
